My Story
How can you relate? I was there, i spent years of my life yo-yo 'dieting' until i recognised all the aspects that contribute to a healthy lifestyle, not just losing weight but keeping it off.

Coming from a wellness coaching background, Natalie is passionate about fitness and exercise as well as mental health. She trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Kings Cross, London to be a level 4 Health Coach after wanting to learn more about how individual backgrounds and history of health issues affect everyday life. She has also lost a considerable amount of weight herself and can help to motivate you to do the same.​ Health Coaching looks at your overall health, underlying health conditions or issues that maybe affecting your day to day life that you are not even aware of.

Natalie has completed her level 3 in Personal training and can train you online, in her own private gym or in conjunction with JustGym in Saffron walden. Whether you want to work on your fitness levels, nutrition and energy levels or your mindset, Natalie is empathetic and can work together with you for a plan you are comfortable with.
